So Game of Thrones premiered on HBO last night! And I just finished the book this week. Immediately started the second! So much sex and death and political intrigue, I love it.
Although Arya is a lot younger in the show than I pictured her in the book. What's she in the book? 11? That's old enough to be toting around your own sword, surely.

Funny, in my opinion all the characters are way too old in the series. Arya isn't 11 in the books, Sansa is. Arya is 9 if I remember correctly. In the series, Arya and Sansa look like 12 and 15. Jon and Robb are 14 in the book, at least 20 in the series. Ricken is 3 in the books, to me he looks like 5 in the show, and Bran is 7 in the books, and he looks like he's 10.
